Our experienced staff work as a team to ensure the smooth running of Berry Hill. All staff have First Aid, Safeguarding and Safe Food Handling training. We have a high ratio of adults to children at Berry Hill (at least 1 adult for every 8 children, 1 to 4 for children under 3 years and 1 to 3 for children under 2 years).
